Connect · Advocate · Respond · Empower

Connecting Youth. Advocating for Change. Empowering the Future.

CARE provides meaningful experiences, mentorship, education, and support that help young people discover their purpose and reach their full potential.

“Where compassion meets action. Care for the heart, from the heart. CARE is Heart Work, Not Hard Work.”

Who we are

A community that shows up for young people

CARE stands for Connect, Advocate, Respond, Empower four commitments that shape every session we run. We serve youth ages 10–18 with the relationships, skills, and opportunities they need to build a future they choose for themselves.

Connect

Foster meaningful relationships with youth, listening to their concerns and interests.

Advocate

Support and empower youth to express themselves, make informed decisions, and access resources.

Respond

Provide timely and effective responses to youth's needs, offering guidance and referrals as needed.

Empower

Encourage youth to develop their skills, build confidence, and become active participants in their communities.
